Although a recipe is the heart of every dish, I like to put my soul into it, I prefer to cook guided by culinary bases and applied knowledge rather than driven by a set of instructions, it's all about the flavour, but plating should be eye appealing

I've been working in the culinary industry since 2009, I have experience cooking from large banquets in catering companies to one person meals in private events, currently I'm working in one of the biggest restaurants in the GTA and I'm taking a baking and pastry program in one of the best colleges in Toronto, I have a bachelor in culinary arts and I'm a certified sommelier who has worked for companies like Grupo Modelo Brewery (Corona, Modelo Especial, Victoria, etc.)
