Private Chef Alessio Toronto, ON, Canada

Authentic Italian Chef from Italy 🇮🇹

I bring fine dining into your home, with a focus on authentic Italian cuisine. My dishes are fresh, flavorful, and made with care — from classic pastas to beautifully prepared meats and seafood. I create custom menus for any occasion, always aiming to make the experience memorable and delicious.

I was born and raised in Italy, where I completed culinary school and trained in traditional Italian cuisine. I’ve spent the last several years working as a full-time chef in busy professional kitchens, and now bring that same level of care and quality into private homes. From rustic family-style meals to elegant plated dinners, I specialize in creating authentic, seasonal Italian dishes tailored to your event. Whether you’re planning a romantic dinner or a celebration with friends, I make sure every course reflects passion, precision, and genuine Italian hospitality.
