My cooking style is very flavourful with lots fresh ingredients. I love to adapt new recipes and put a spin on them by adding ingredients like spices, herbs or something new I have never tried. I love to travel and learn about new cuisines and foods and cultures.
I went to culinary school 5 years ago at Conestoga College in Waterloo, ontario. Since then I have worked in small restaurants ranging from Thai, vegan, breakfast, and now currently working at a grill and pub restaurant.
