I would say my style is unique because I do not follow just one style. I like to customize the experience for the clients and make it the best possible experience for them.
I am 29 years old, I started cooking when I was 11 when my father passed away. I self taught and used recipe books to learn my first few dishes. I was hired professionally when I was just 17 by Vito's restaurant in Saint John and have been working in the industry ever since.
