Fuelled by the love to eat, and spurred by amazing people to create home cooked comfort foods. I've been hosting events and dinner parties for many years before honing my skills in the professional kitchens of Minami, and the Shangrila Market. As an avid explorer who travels to eat, I bring together my food experiences from all over the world to create my own identity of food. One day I hope to eat every country and travel to many flavors!
