I enjoy learning about cuisines from around the world and use many different cultures for inspiration in my dishes. I like to provide dishes I would consider elevated comfort food.
With 15 years of restaurant/ catering experience, I have had the opportunity to learn from many different chefs around Regina. Currently I am working as the Catering Manager with one of Regina private schools. I have catered a wide variety of events from informal coffee services, birthdays, weddings, Bbqs, business meetings, formal 4 course dinning etc. and ranging in size of 8 people to 500. While working at the private school I have had the privilege to learn many styles of cuisine to cater to our international students and have experience cooking dishes from many cultures including Mexican, African, Caribbean, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish and Italian.
