Classic French with a very west coast style. I hunt and fish. As well lived on the ocean my whole life. I'm eating mushrooms I forged from the forest right now. I can say there's nothing I can't cook. I've been in love with it since I was 13 I'm 33 now. I like to step outside of my comfort zone. I don't like cooking the same thing over and over. If I'm feeding you. You will not eat the same thing twice
I've opened my own collage level culinary school in remote areas of British Columbia. I've own my own award wining restaurant level 1 in wine. Sort can't spell the correct spelling for that. I have run slot of the best restaurants in Victoria B.C. I was top apprentice chef on vancouver island. I could go on and on
