Colour on Plates
Chef Omar was able to capture very rudimentary and basic clues as to what my event was needing and as an inexperienced host, I was certainly a challenge for any chef. In addition to calming my nerves and making me feel confident in his repertoire, Omar prepared a fantastic feast of both tasting and full course items. In addition he adapted to last minute changes, cracked a joke or two to pesky guests, and brought colour from his plates to the party.
