My cooking style is scientific and methodical. I approach cooking from a structured and analytical mindset, .applying scientific principles to achieve consistent results. It's fun and therapeutic watching the changes that occur in a meal, as it transform into an edible state that satisfies hunger and comfort.

My culinary journey starts from the fast food giants A&W. There I learned the importance of time management and organization in a kitchen. I Then decided to jump into full service restaurant setting starting at Moxies. As time went by, I've worked in many different styles of restaurants over a decade honing my skills throughout the process. Eventually, i began doing my own research and development in all areas, but with a stronger focus in vegan cuisine.
