I like to think of it as coloring outside the lines of traditional bbq. My menus are seasonal and they are always influenced by the flavors we have around us. I do my best to source my ingredients from local bakers, butchers, and farmers in our area.
I have worked in the restaurant industry for just under a decade now. I studied Culinary Arts as well as Business Management and Entrepreneurship at Algonquin College. I have worked in a handful of restaurants ranging from casual to fine dining. I now own a BBQ food truck here in Ottawa, ON. where I do both catering and private events.
