My cooking is globally inspired, seasonal, and made from scratch. I combine refined technique with warm, approachable flavours, creating dishes that feel elevated without becoming overly formal. Every menu is original and customized around the client, occasion, dietary requirements, and preferred atmosphere. I focus on balanced flavours, thoughtful textures, elegant presentation, and ingredients that work naturally together.

I developed my craft through fine-dining restaurants, event kitchens, high-volume service, pastry, brunch, and professional line cooking. My experience includes creating desserts, breads, appetizers, composed salads, seafood, premium meats, and complete multi-course menus. Through Maison Berthelot, I now bring that experience directly into clients’ homes, managing everything from consultation and custom menu development to ingredient sourcing, preparation, plating, service, and kitchen cleanup.
