I cook with french modern style, with rustic, seasonal influences. Flavor is always paramount but we eat with our eyes first.
Experience
I grew up on a farm surrounded by food in all its natural sources. As a teenager i began working at a local Inn (Millcroft Inn). I immediately gravitated to the kitchen. After a few years learning the industry, I moved to southern ontario and enrolled in a hospitality program at Fanshawe College, I worked at the renowned Auberge du Petite Prince restaurant during this time, After which I moved to Stratford and began my Apprenticeship at The Church Restaurant and enrolling at The Stratford Chef school, upon graduation. I began work at North 44 and spent a year there working for Mark McEwan. I moved on to The Four Seasons Hotel under Lynn Crawford I worked my way to the position of Chef de Partie at Truffles Restaurant. My love of food and passion for cooking has always been at the center of my life and I look forward to bringing that with me and helping make those special moments and times that much more memorable.
