Family trained in authentic Italian and German cuisine, my style has always been home cooked meals with flare and originality. These aren't your mums Brussel sprouts.
While working for the biggest Irish pub in all of Toronto, new takes on standard pub food became the norm. I began to expand my culinary prowess, working under two of the top curry chefs in all of the GTA, and finally found myself in a small simple wine bar creating simple, but delicious(and healthy!) plates for the members of Toronto's financial district. Now, back in London, ready to show what I've experienced.
