Very traditional, enjoy simple flavourful food. I enjoy the passion and tradition that food has, thus my dishes are often clean and vibrant.

I Completed a one year apprenticeship in culinary arts 10 years ago. Since then I've worked fine dining, as well as working on the sales side. Currently my latest adventure has me cooking in the Canadian Navy.
