Fresh is best. I make everything from scratch, and I always deliver tons of flavour. I can make anything as mild or as spicy as you would like.

I am a culinary grad from Pacific institute of culinary arts. I studied baking and pastry arts 10 years ago as well. I have always worked in the food/beverage industry. I grew up in my mothers Mexican restaurant, and I have a strong passion for Mexican and Italian food.
