I am very versatile but I feel I can cater to the clients needs in most ways possible. I personally would say I am very well rounded.
With most of my training from restaurants like Earls and Cactus Club, I am a current sous chef at Browns Socialhouse. I have my red seal and have spent time in Italy for several months cooking and developing my skills.
