My main cuisine is French. I am not restricted to only one style of cooking. I love it all Asian, French, Indian, Persian and German.. you name it I'll cook it and you'll love it!
I have over ten years experience as a professional cook. I started working a small cafe menue on my 15th birthday and I have been working as a professional cook since then. The past few years I have been working for a great chef who has a great French cuisine background. I have however decided to stop working in commercial kitchens due to the long hours and stress involved. I am currently trying new things and opportunitys such as this website and other personal chef positions. I havent done anything like this before. I do have a few years experience managing a restaurant that also doubled as a banquet hall. I planned the menue, prepared and cooked for events for 30- 160 people .
