My cooking style is farm to table, Organic whenever its available and very global in taste. I love flavours from around the world but focus on supporting local farmers and artisans as much as possible.

I was the original executive chef of TWG (in Vancouver) , a worldwide tea brand from Singapore with the only North American restaurant in its portfolio. I have been the head chef of 3 wineries in the okanagan and recently the head chef on luxury yachts in BC and Alaska.
