My influences go through Brazilian and Portuguese gastronomy, but my first book was about Italian gastronomy, which is for me a true passion. As an English pub owner, the gastronomy of the UK is part of my day-to-day life and new menus are added in my professional life.
Executive Chef / Kitchen / Restaurateur with restaurants in Portugal and Rio de Janeiro, where I specialize in international cuisine and author cuisine. I have 10 years of experience in the gastronomic area. Graduated from Universidade Estácio de Sá with specialization at the University of Algarve. Besides being a chef, I am a business administrator with an MBA in Public Management and Foreign Trade. Living in Europe makes me see and feel the most delicious flavors that exist and improve my gastronomic techniques and knowledge, as well as being Brazilian and having full knowledge of the gastronomy of this country with continental dimensions.
