His style of food is modern Australian cuisine which incorporates hints of Arabic, Thai , Japanese , classic French, Italian , indian , Mexican and Mediterranean cuisines.
His love of fresh seafood and new school techniques make for a very special dining experience.
Wade honed his skills at the Ledbury ( 2 Michelin star) in London and many other top restaurants worldwide.
He has been a private chef for Saudi Arabian royalty and also loves a good BBQ.
As well as being a great chef Wade is very approachable and is more than happy to engage with guests, create last minute requests or even just have a chat about any special dietary requirements.
