My cooking style is rooted in authentic Sicilian and Italian traditions, combined with years of professional experience in both Italy and Belgium. I focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients, homemade preparations and honest flavours that respect the essence of Mediterranean cuisine. I enjoy creating dishes that are elegant yet approachable, combining traditional recipes with modern presentation. My menus are inspired by seasonal products, seafood, fresh pasta, grilled meats and the rich culinary heritage of Sicily. Born in Sicily, I graduated from Hotel and Catering School in Italy after completing a five-year culinary education. Since then, I have dedicated my career to professional gastronomy, with over 16 years of experience in the restaurant industry across Italy and Belgium. Starting as a commis chef and progressing to the role of chef, I have worked in a variety of professional kitchens, developing strong expertise in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, menu creation, food preparation, team coordination and guest satisfaction. My cooking is inspired by authentic Sicilian and Italian traditions, using fresh ingredients, seasonal products and attention to detail. Whether preparing an intimate dinner, a family celebration or a special event, my goal is to create a memorable dining experience that combines excellent food, professionalism and genuine hospitality. I believe great food brings people together, and I am passionate about sharing the authentic flavours of Italy with every guest.
