My experience has brought me to work in some of the island's best kitchens such as Sandals Resorts, The Crane Resort & Residences, Waterside Restaurant as well as being a private chef to some celebrities as well as expatriates. I have knowledge in fine dining, banquets, jet packed catering, a la carte service, outdoor grilling, hot and cold buffet setups, and plated functions. Being able to transform ingredients from their natural state and turn them into whimsical and playful concepts is my aim.
