Over 16 years of experience in the culinary industry. I started out in Airline Catering in Barbados working the hot-side and also production line. I then proceeded into Personal Catering at Villa Houses and I have also been in the best fast food restaurant in Barbados. I have a wide range of experience. My last tenure was 10 years at the Barbados Hilton Hotel doing à la carte, buffets, room service and banquets. I'm now doing a personal catering service and pursuing my dream.
