My training began in Italy in 1996 and my passion for cooking was ignited. I am proud of my Italian heritage, and I now call Australia home with citizenship to an amazing culturally diverse country. Residing in Australia since 2008, experiencing the culinary delights in Melbourne for over 10 years. I embraced the opportunity to adapt & learn international cooking methods working in restaurants, pizzerias and cafes with a proven history of delivering exceptional dishes.
