As an aussi chef i am trained in many styles of cooking although my favourites and passion lies in italian and thai cuisine with a bit of flare for american bbq

I am currently a 3rd year apprentice with almost 11 years of experience in the industry i qualify in a couple of months. I have worked in many styls of restaurants from fine dining to classic pub and bistro and everything in between. My current position of chef de party in one of margaret rivers busiest and most renowned tavern bistro where we will serve anywhere between 400 to 1500 covers a day.
