I have been in the Catering Culinary Industry for 10 years +, trained under some magnificent chefs like Terry Taylor, Dominique Woestfield, Denzel Brigorio and Richard Massotto. I attempt every idea given to me by clients and create some interesting and appealing dishes. A major caterer for Weddings and Themed Functions as well as Home Dinners during the week for busy families. I have worked with Dieticians and Hospital staff being highly educated on Cealic, Renal, Diabetic, Low Fat, Fibre, Texture and Listeria Diets.
