my name is Luigi lanzalotta and I am a young chef of 25 who wants to try and delight your palate with Italian and international culture recepies i was after doing my first cooking school, I started working abroad leaving for Australia at the age of 18 and then after a year starting my adventure around the world working on cruise ships, now by my choice I have decided to move to asutria precisely here in linz where I would like to try this new experience of home cooking since by now people are more concerned with work than with their own food. having said that, I would like to be able to express in my own way the meaning of being able to taste a recipe at home all seated around a table without having to worry about lack of time also offering you the possibility of taking Italian and international cooking courses on request directly at your home
