My style is to use my locally grown produce and a wide variety of international products to create an infusion of local and internal cuisines where fresh nutritious and tasty dishes are created.
I am an energetic young chef who is known for putting a twist on local dishes to better suite a fine dinning and gourmet experience. I am one of the founders of a new food service business that aims to provide the highest standards of professional and personal services, which includes catering and private chef services. My techniques and skills have been gained from working at two of the leading resorts in Antigua. I have been employed with the blue waters hotel from 2004 to 2016 holding the position of chef de partie and senior chef at the hermitage bay resort from 2007 to 2014
I am a two times consecutive young chef of the year nominee by the Antigua hotel association and winner of the Antigua mango fest Chef competition. Other accomplishments include most innovative chef 2009 and captain of the winning team at the Antigua and Barbuda culinary fest 2010. I continue to develop my career with continuous training, attending several professional workshops and recently completing a professional gourmet cooking course with Penn Foster. I am confident that the wealth of experience and my personal passion will make me an asset.
