Cooking Thai by heart

I like to cook traditional dishes, respect ingredients and recipes to let people discover the magnificent taste of Thai cuisine at the table. I also like to be creative, adding a touch of innovation to dishes. I love to mix experiences, for example ending with an Italian dessert.

I started cooking when I was 9 years old, to help my adoptive father, because we were left alone, my mother was not there anymore. Over time I discovered that the time I spent preparing dishes, the rituals I performed of cutting vegetables, meat or fish, the preparation of condiments, were for me a moment of recollection and meditation in which I felt good. I put all the love I could into my preparations because my intention was to make my father happy, to console him.
