Traveling allowed me to develop a cooking style influenced by my middle eastern roots. Fused with world flavours I gathered from around the world, all to create a sensory experience of memories to remember. Mediterranean inspired.

As a Chef I work with the passion I posses to produce high quality work, I will always work with motivation to add, teach and share the innovation of culinary arts, by maintaining the standards of excellence of my workplace. I've been working in several high end restaurants and hotels in Jordan and the UAE, such as Four Seasons and Marco Pierre White restaurant. Being a private chef allowed me to deal with VIP guests as well a being a first class Chef in one of the top Airlines in the world.
