I specialize in French cuisine. I don't have a specific style of cooking but what I find important is that apart from the taste food has to look good, so every meal is prepared carefully and the balance is kept.

I have been cooking in several restaurants all over Montreal and in France. I have always loved cooking and after working in restaurants for quite some time I decided to become a private chef.
