FINE DINING IN YOUR HOME. I am a chef with more than 20 years of international experience. While I was studying I worked in a catering company which helped pay for my studies. Born in Patagonia Argentina and my obsession with travel and discovery has made me stay in various places and work in the United States . Spain , Italy and then in Mexico where I made roots and is where I currently live. Thanks to the people and places I have been to, I have been influenced by various gastronomic cultures, which is why I like the fusion style and I don't like just one style of cooking. I consider myself a man of the world and an open mind with varied tastes and styles which enrich the experiences of my guests.
