Overall I’m learning each day due to my cooking recipes and books growing by the day I often go from Japanese to southern home cooked stuff within the days! And anything I haven’t tried up to date it’s also a passion to try new and exciting foods that are not your everyday grab from the supermarket type.

I’ve been Cooking for about 17 years. Professionally and privately. I often tell people I’m a very well rounded person when it comes to certain cuisines. A Christ chef always wants to learn something new and that’s what ide like to achieve each n everyday stepping into the kitchen!
