I create exciting, high quality, fresh plates using locally sourced ingredients. My food has bold flavours that are inspired from my world travels. I believe the first bite is with your eyes, so I focus on creative, captivating plate presentation. I enjoy constantly creating new, exciting culinary experiences for my clients.
The past 10 years I’ve worked in the luxury yacht industry. I started as a sous chef and made my way up to working for billionaires on their 55 meter private yachts. On my time off, I would travel the world, taking cooking classes from locals. I’m also a certified nutrition coach and have extensive knowledge of different specific diets.
