My style is your style. I'm pretty easy going, I like cooking any style of food.

I'm a chef from Québec, I have worked in many Canadian and Australian fine dining restaurants and have also been a private chef for yacht owners and ski backcountry lodges. I can cook almost anything you can think of I offer my services for custom catering or as a private chef. You just have to tell me what you want, and I'll make it happen.
