I studied commercial cookery & hospitality in Tafe. I currently work for a catering company whom I enjoy working for, there I prepare food meals throughout the week for functions and weddings. On the weekends, for functions I cook on the grill, deep fryer and plating food with high standards in presentation and product quality. I also work as a food and beverage attendant (waiter) and Adelaide Oval and in the Bar.
