The dinner belle

I like bold developed flavors. I enjoy cooking many types of cuisines, especially Italian and interior Mexican, and seafood.

I have worked in restaurants with great chefs since I was 18 years old. I have cooked for a few families weekly for the last 10 years. I have done countless dinner parties, date nights, small caterings, and even a Danish Smorgasbord for 50 people! I recently moved from Austin to Washington. I’m looking forward to cooking with all the PNW has to offer!
