My style of cooking is from the heart, Soul, Southern, Comfort, American to the next level. I put a sophistication on all my dishes.

I have worked in the hotel industry for 16 years, from the front of the house to the back. I studied at the Art Institute of Philadelphia. I recently started my own small business for my home style baked goods, and personal Chef Service.
