Being able to take my experience of fine dining food, and my love for BBQ and more homestyle feel good foods. I love being able to put my spin on it and make people happy with what I create!

My name is Colin Almquist and I have spent the last 13 years in SLC as an executive chef at some of the most upscale, fine dining in SLC. I am now running my own food truck (Burnt Out BBQ in SLC) and and love being able to mix my experience of fine dining and my love for BBQ and make it into something I love! While also being able to continue private chef experiences!
