DROP OFF CATERING For general explination: it is hot and or cold foodservice delivered based on clients order, prepared and ready to eat; usually in disposable chaffers and dishes, unless other arrangements are desired, these are typicall platters and bulk meal with utensils and plates optional, however boxed meals can be provided.
