My focus is on farm-fresh, local, and organic ingredients and always a non-processed approach. As a perfectionist and artist, each dish becomes a canvas showcasing my dedication to the purest flavors and the meticulous execution of culinary craftsmanship.

As a small-scale personal/private chef and caterer, I have built out a unique model, in that I am happy to work with my clients to create custom meals of their choice, prepared either in their own home kitchens (in-home private chef services) or made available for delivery (prepackaged in easy-to-reheat containers). As part of this, I handle all of the purchasing of food products, food preparation, meal setting, and clean up. In addition, I am also able to prepare and deliver catering-style trays of fresh pastries and baked goods, which are available for direct purchase. It’s like bringing the restaurant or the pastry shop straight to the front door of my clientele.
