A very well traveled Chef of over 35 yrs. I am very proficient in cuisines from 15 different countries. I am currently the only organic chef in Las Vegas Nevada.After persistent research in produce and proteins created with growth hormones along with pesticides and GMOs, steroids, antibiotics and other harmful chemical that we consume here in the US, he has finally figured out what role he can assume to create a change. Real Organic was born. He has taken his many skills, talent and passion and put them to work to create a company that focuses on nutrition and the importance of conscious eating wile cultivating an appreciation for nourishing the body.
