Cooking is my purpose in life, I derive great joy from seeing people enjoy my unique dishes.

My cooking is heavily influenced by the Mediterranean flavors I grew up with in the Egyptian coastal city of Alexandria. I enjoy cooking French, Italian, Spanish, Egyptian and Lebanese cuisines. I am also proficient in many other cuisines from around the world.

I have several years experience as an executive chef and general manager in the food service industry. I have been working in professional kitchens since my adolescence. With every passing year my passion only grows stronger for the culinary arts.
