My style is to learn how to do things the traditional way and then create a fusion version that marries those two things you may not think to put together. I love food and cooking because it is the one and only art form that incorporates every one of your five senses and I try to bring that same experience and grace to the dinner.

I have worked all across the playing field. I have both catering experience in large numbers of up to 4,000 new years' party to fine dining, pop up Chef tasting dinner on the beach for 4. For many years, I worked in the music business catering for bands and their crew. I currently work exclusively as a private chef doing small intimate meals for the foodies of the world.
