My cooking style in Americana. To me that means making other cultural influences in my cooking appealing and palatable to the demographic in my area.

Many cooking experience started as a child helping my mother cook our Sunday dinner's traditionally homeade spaghetti sauce and fresh salad and bread. Very simple yet grand. I started cooking professionally at age 14 and now have 14 years of experience. I've worked in restaurants the were fine dining, to steak houses, and grills. Each place I took another skill with me and continue to expand my skill set. I've appeared on T.V. twice for my culinary arts. Presenting my skills and creativity.
