I love desserts and pastries, but I also love cooking for people. Tell me what your in the mood food; the flavors, your feelings, and I'll make it come to life. I grew up using what we had, but also watching the classics on TV- Yan, Smith, Child, etc. I just enjoy cooking and seeing others happy and full!

I've always been pretending to be a celebrity chef from the time I can remember. I love learning about food history, nutrition, and techniques. I went to Johnson & Wales, and have an Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts, but have worked in several types of food industry.
