My cooking style is very abstract being that I've worked in so many diverse kitchens. I love taking everyday things we often eat and adding a new flare to them while introducing folks to some of the various flavors I've come across in my culinary journey

I've been cooking since I was 8 yo and have been doing it pretty much my whole life from fast food to seafood to fast casual to banquets, hotels, to cooking at Quicken Loans Arena (Hot Suites Chef), Cleveland Metroparks Zoo (Banquet Chef),working with Heinens Mfg Facility (Raw Processing and Food Production) as well as First Energy Stadium (Hot Suites Team) and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (Banquet Chef). Currently doing small private events dinner parties and private chefing.
