My cooking style uses both modern and classical techniques to create minimal, delicious, elegant, and approachable dishes. I love the creative use of high-quality produce, meat, and fish to make the dining experience memorable with the food, company, and atmosphere.

I have 13 years of experience in both restaurants around the U.S., and in the private sector hosting lively dinner parties. My biggest influences come from my travels through Europe, North, and South America, and also flavors and traditions of South East Asia.
