A mixture of deeply caramelized onions and spiced apples glazed with brandy and butter stuffed in hand-made pastries
Main Course Stout Braised Beef Roast
Seared chuck roast marinated overnight with stout, onions, garlic and spices, then slow cooked in the marinade. Served with choice of potato.
Dessert Apple Pear Crumble
Sliced apples and pears tossed with a spiced brandy glaze and baked with a crust of oats, sugar, and butter. Served with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.
