Seared chuck roast marinated overnight with stout, onions, garlic and spices, then slow cooked in the marinade. Served with choice of potato.
Sliced apples and pears tossed with a spiced brandy glaze and baked with a crust of oats, sugar, and butter. Served with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.
