As a small-scale personal/private chef and caterer, I have built out a unique model, in that I am happy to work with my clients to create custom meals of their choice, prepared either in their own home kitchens (in-home private chef services) or made available for delivery (prepackaged in easy-to-reheat containers). As part of this, I handle all of the purchasing of food products, food preparation, meal setting, and clean up. In addition, I am also able to prepare and deliver catering-style trays of fresh pastries and baked goods, which are available for direct purchase. It’s like bringing the restaurant or the pastry shop straight to the front door of my clientele.

As the owner/founder of my own boutique private chef endeavor, I specialize in the creation of custom-built meal plans for individuals, families, and for small-scale events and gatherings of all kinds.

Wonderful chef!
Billy was our chef for a murder mystery dinner we were hosting for 9 people, and he was a big part in why the evening went so seamlessly. The food was excellent—from appetizers to dinner to dessert, it was so good, and pleased a wide variety of taste preferences of our guests. At the end of dinner, everyone had cleared their plate—including the pickiest of eaters. Every dish was so good. The mezze tray exceeded my expectations. Best baba ghanoush I’ve ever eaten. And the main dish (pasta and chicken) had the feel of a comfort dish, but with flavors that were sophisticated. Billy also timed the food to coincide with different parts of the murder mystery, which enhanced the game.
As the host, not having to worry about preparing and serving the food allowed me to be present with my guests and actually enjoy the evening, and it took away the stress of planning the party. Billy is detail-focused, personable and professional, and at the end of the evening, he left our kitchen
